You can pick up your birthday voucher and at the same time use it ONLY on your birthday. Other times not. I.e. mainly due to the fact that there is no possible chess with vouchers, you know a year in advance that you will have a birthday and you just have to decide within a year. Every year, clients who have bought over USD 300 from us are entitled to a birthday gift voucher.
